The misty blue piping is such a subtle detail but it makes the whole bed look pulled together. These shams feel heavier and more substantial than most sateen sets I've owned, and the cotton is smooth without being slippery. I keep catching myself touching the fabric.
The sateen weave feels cool and smooth the second you touch it, and that soft blue piping gives the whole bed a polished look without trying too hard. I washed them once already and they came out wrinkle-free, which honestly sold me.
The misty blue piping is exactly the subtle pop of color I wanted—it adds just enough detail to make the bed look styled without being loud. The white sateen is crisp and smooth, though I did find the shamlets a bit snug over my thicker pillows. Still, the fabric quality feels worth the price.
