The microfiber is ridiculously soft against my cheek, way smoother than the cotton shams I had before. Stripes are subtle enough that they don't fight with my patterned duvet. Been sleeping on these a week and they haven't pilled at all.
I was a little worried the stripes might look busy on the bed, but they're subtle enough to just add a nice texture. The fabric is breathable and doesn't cling at all when I'm trying to sleep. It's the finishing layer my bed setup was missing.
